Meet the Inpatient Services Team

Rocio Carrasco, Inpatient Services Manager

Rocio has worked as an ICU nurse since 2004. She was an Inpatient Supervisor at Angell from 2004 to 2008. She then worked at VCA Brookline as their Lead Technician until 2012. From 2012 to 2021, Rocio worked as the Clinical Technical Supervisor at Boston West Emergency and Critical Care. She managed all of the technicians at that practice (ECC, IM, Surgery, Radiology, and Ophthalmology) and worked on the clinical floor. Rocio is fluent in Spanish; some of her hobbies are photography, yoga, and hiking.

Martha Andriolatos, CVT, VTS (ECC), Inpatient Services Evening Supervisor/Operations Coordinator

Martha graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in animal science in 2004. Soon after graduating, she joined the Inpatient Services department at Angell, primarily working in the ER/ICU on the evening shift. Martha has been a Lead Technician since 2011 and became the Evening Shift Supervisor/Operations Coordinator in 2021. Along with her technician certification, she obtained her specialty certification in Emergency and Critical Care in 2014. When she is not busy saving lives in our ER/ICU, Martha enjoys traveling and her time outdoors with family and friends. Kayaking, camping, and lounging on the beach are just a few of her favorites. Martha lives just outside of Boston with her crazy dog Jalapeño and her two cats: Mumfie and Barb.

Tina DiBella, CVT, VTS (ECC) Inpatient Services Lead

Tina graduated from Becker College in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science. She joined the Angell team in 2005 as an attendant and moved into a Critical Care Unit Technician position in 2006. Tina received her Veterinary Technician Specialist Certification in Emergency and Critical Care in 2014 and has been an Inpatient Services Lead technician since 2019. Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her family, their cat Lola, and dog Pumpkin.

Cathy Dimond, CVT, Day Supervisor

Cathy Dimond has spent the last 27 years of her life dedicated to veterinary medicine. She started off as a kennel assistant and worked her way up to become a certified veterinary technician, obtaining that title in 2010. During her career she has enjoyed many different specialties, such as, anesthesia and surgery, emergency and critical care, neurology, internal medicine and exotics.  She started at Angell in 2020 in the anesthesia department, during the height of the pandemic but in late 2021, emergency medicine began calling her back to the dark side. Cathy joined the ECC department here at Angell in 2022 and accepted a challenging role as supervisor of inpatient services in 2023. Her home life is shared by three adored canine children and five feline bosses. In her spare time she likes to garden, hike, raise chickens and spend time with her bestie and her two legged children.

Reece Martignetti, CVT, Overnight Supervisor

Reece graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst at the Mount Ida campus in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology. Upon graduation, she immediately realized her love for critical care medicine and started working overnights in the ICU. Reece joined the Angell critical care team in January of 2024. She shortly thereafter took on the role of overnight supervisor. When she is not working overnights in our CCU, you can find Reece camping with her fiance and 2 dogs -Nauset, a Rhodesian ridgeback, and Aquinnah, a coconut retriever. You can also find her relaxing at home with her siamese-bengal mix, Gelato!
